Meet Rachel (AKA ME)
Rachel Hetrick is a Colorado-based fantasy author who believes that stories have the power to bring hope to even the darkest moments. She writes Young Adult and New Adult fantasy filled with fast-paced action, addicting characters, slow-burn romance, and the kind of magic that linger long after the final page.
Rachel has been creating stories for as long as she can remember. Some of her earliest memories involve filling notebooks with imaginary worlds, determined heroines, and far too many plot twists. In 2020, she finally took the leap from dreaming about becoming an author to publishing her first novel, and she hasn't looked back since.
Rachel is the author of multiple fantasy series set in the magical world of Phildeterre, including The Infiniti Trilogy, The Fallen Heir Series, and Between Shadows & Light. Her books explore themes of hope, sacrifice, identity, and the families we choose for ourselves along the way.
When she's not writing, editing, or plotting new ways to emotionally devastate her readers, Rachel can usually be found curled up with a good book, exploring the Colorado mountains, watching entirely too much YouTube, or spending time with her cat, Syra.
